friday!!

i'm ready for the weekend!

work has kept me busy so far -- kinda. it comes and goes in spurts, and it looks like today will be spent mostly waiting on paperwork and lighting the fire under other people to get stuff to me as soon as possible. otherwise, i do hope this day gets over and done with pretty quickly!

today's casual friday. to be able to wear sneakers is a great relief to me. i'm also wearing my favorite neil diamond tee, my favorite pair of citizens jeans, and just a grey cardigan.

if it's too casual, they can just fucking fire me. at least i'm not wearing a hooters uniform, with the tight tank and short orange shorts, and sticking small balloons into my bra to push my boobage out.

had my real estate class last night. it wore me out! i started dozing off in the minutes before class started. it was painful sitting through the remainder of the class. i only did so because we've got an exam next week, our third; and if i do all right on that, i don't have to take the fourth cumulative exam in a few more weeks.

i've aced the first two exams so far. so long as i can pull a C on this third exam (it seems it'll be pretty hard -- lots of crap about mortgages, taxes, liens, and who knows what), i'll be good to go. i think i can make do with a strong B.

my days of being the over-achieving azngrrl have long been over . . . . :-T
