bar exam day checklist

it's almost 6 a.m.

i got 3 really bad hours of sleep. i was too tense to relax, i tossed fitfully, and i mentally yelled at myself for not being ready.

my mom's giving me a ride to the exam site and back these next three days. she's awesome.

so let's see if i've got everything ready. . . .

cup of coffee? in hand -- check.

home-made lunch, complete with pastrami on white with extra mustard, white tortilla chips, strawberry jelly cup, and miniature can of mountain dew? check.

zune music player with the battery charged up? check.

ear plugs and advil? check, check.

starlight mints? check.

number two pencils, colored pencils, and black and blue pens? check.

laptop in sleeve and all the accoutrement? check.

the lemon test, rule 10b-5, the wharton rule, covenants vs. equitable servitudes, 14th amendment equal protection, m'naugten rule, and the doctrine of cy pres? check, check, check, pseudo-check, check, check . . . .

arrgh!!

major mental break down? check.
