today, there is a potluck party for lunch at the office.
i forgot.
we do it once a month to celebrate all/any birthdays that occurred during the month.
i have to take a late break this morning, as close to noon as possible, to sneak out and get some grub.
fuck!
hopefully, though, this means that today will be a chill-axin' day, what with all the managers, supes, and big cheeses stuffing themselves to the gill with lots of food.

for the last couple of potlucks, i've tended to go to a local favorite chinese restaurant of mine and get some beef chow fun to go; it's usually a hit.
i may get that for the potluck again today -- or i may do something different. . . .
time will tell. . . . but this beef chow fun is BOMB!
