oath

see this walsh gal and may-treanor chick?

Photobucket

these are seriously bangin' bods.

like, HOT!

i didn't watch the olympics very much (like, at all). nonetheless i'm inspired by the whole big show -- namely, by the physical state of the female competitors.

i thus have a new quest:

to be as sculpted as they by the end of the year.

this is me at my last race:

ignore the fact that i'm nipply in the pic. dude. it was cold that morning! also ignore my pasty-white skin color; i did not have time to sunbathe at that time since i was studying for the bar and stuff in those days.

:-T

seriously. i know. don't tell me. i'm not as bad as i could be. i'm not like this, for instance:

but still, i do need lots of work done. and i want to do it -- i want to make myself look and feel better like i know i can! for starters, my totally unsculpted arms! i used to have arms that were more toned than that! and my tummy is not even remotely as sculpted as that of either the lovely ms. walsh nor ms. may-treanor; in fact, as i poke myself in my gut, there is a substantial amount of squishiness moving around under my finger. my legs have held out well so far and have always been one of my own favorite features -- but my upper thighs are starting to give visible indications of how badly i've been eating lately. and yes, my current physical state is much worse today than that pic, which was only taken a month ago on july 4th, would otherwise indicate. overall, i think i'm 10 pounds away from my ideal weight.

:(

so dude. it's ON! diet begins as of tomorrow as will a hard-core work-out regimen. i want to be able to do a half-marathon by the end of the year and have a sculpted bod.
