takin' another practice exam.

time: 3 hours.

i'm half-heartedly going through the motions. i'm the only one typing answers out, so i think i have a good headstart on everyone.

hence, the fact that i am now unofficially takin' a break from the exam.

the first question was on crim pro. dude. i've forgotten all my crim pro!

like, something about the 5th amendment? and miranda? and, uh, fruit of the poisonous tree?

second question: trusts. there were a bunch of breaches to the duties of due care and loyalty. that one was better.

but i'm stuck on the third question: civ pro. it doesn't help that my mind has shut down from complete boredom already.

damned "quiz."

i can't help being bored by this. there's no sense of urgency for me! at least not now. which is why it makes it all too easy for me to not take this practice exam very seriously. it has been about 90 minutes since the start of the exam, and i have spent a good half of the time already just surfin' the net, thanks to this amazing gift of wi-fi. it's okay. i mean, i've already done the first two questions half-heartedly.

but still. i can't keep my attention on things.

and i think i'm bothering and distracting the older dude who sits behind me. he can clearly see my laptop screen and that i am more or less reading through my news feeder instead of concentrating on the exam.

(heh!)

well, there is some free bottomless coffee. i s'pose i'll get myself a cup and try to keep focused on this shit.
